在口语里，Be in the friend zone

特用来描述那些想和对方进一步发展，想和对方成为男女朋友，但是却只能处于连个备胎都不如的处境。

而备胎在口语里又该怎么表达呢?

back-up：有支持，后援的意思，和备胎的作用极度吻合！
